San Pedro’s newest yoga studio and spa, Science & Soul Wellness, celebrated their grand opening this past weekend at Mahogany Bay Village. It was an entire afternoon of fun, food, & festivities including complimentary massage, aerial yoga demonstrations, paddleboard yoga in The Bay Club pool, along with sangria and healthy appetizers from The Hive. Coming off of a record tourism AND home sales month in March 2017, we find ourselves gushing more than ever about just how wonderful it is to live in San Pedro, Belize. Since the beginning of the year we have already added 28 new individual homeowners to Mahogany Bay Village, and with all of our new family members and residents we are more often being asked about recommendations on the island and what’s new and hot in San Pedro. On April 6, 2017 San Pedro welcomed Robert Kiyosaki and over 100 private investors, real estate authors, and personal finance educators for a tour of the new resort and residential development at Mahogany Bay Village on Ambergris Caye, Belize. The group was part of The Real Estate Guys™ 15th annual Investors’ Summit at Sea™. The Real Estate Guys are Robert Helms and Russell Gray, and their popular radio show has been on the air for two decades. Shaken Sunset Bar Opens at The Great House
This week Mahogany Bay Village welcomed American NFL players Ray Crockett and Henry Melton (Denver Broncos) along with Terrell McClain (Dallas Cowboys) for a VIP preview of Mahogany Bay Village and a night in San Pedro Town. Ray Crockett played in the NFL for 14 years and is a two-time Super Bowl champion, (Denver Broncos, 1998 – 1999).
These days, Ray Crockett is a real estate developer in Texas and California who specializes in helping younger athletes make wise long-term investment decisions with their wealth.
New Orleans to Ambergris Caye - The Origins of Mahogany Bay Architecture
Come celebrate Shaken pool bar’s grand opening at Mahogany Bay Village, Saturday February 25th for cocktail specials, good music, and yummy bites! As Mahogany Bay Village nears its 2017 grand opening, many new businesses are rising to the occasion. Science & Soul Wellness yoga will open in their spacious loft in March, lunch shack The Hive and artisanal bean-to-bar chocolatier Mahogany Chocolate are set to open April 1st. JYOTO Sushi is also looking at a March opening date. The Farm House Deli & General Store at Mahogany Bay is expected to open sometime in April.
