Mahogany Bay Village Hosts Coastal Living Lifestyle Trips

This weekend Mahogany Bay Village, Curio Collection by Hilton welcomed ten guests on a Coastal Living® Lifestyle Trip to Ambergris Caye, Belize. These lucky guests were among the very first to have the opportunity to stay at the brand new resort before their official grand opening in 2017.

The weekend at Mahogany Bay Village (MBV) featured a nice balance between investment presentation, real estate market research, and of course relaxation time at the beach and exploration time at sea. It was the best of business and pleasure, as the guests experienced the stunning natural geography of Ambergris Caye while collecting information on creating their own Coastal Living lifestyle in Belize.

Several attendees joined the morning yoga classes with the resident instructors from Science & Soul Wellness — a vast yoga, massage, and Ayurvedic treatment center opening soon at MBV. A daily breakfast spread with fresh fruits and island favorites was provided at The Great House, Mahogany Bay’s 22,000 sq ft event venue. Then the group jumped on a boat for an afternoon at MBV’s Beach Club on the leeward side of Ambergris Caye. They enjoyed a beach picnic and freshly-prepared Coastal Living-inspired cocktails with a Belizean twist.

When the trip attendees were not eating delectable meals or exploring the island, they received a market overview of Ambergris Caye real estate and information on opportunities at Mahogany Bay. The property tour was led by MBV Director of Sales & Marketing, Carl Dean; and head developer, CEO, and visionary behind the project, Beth Clifford.

The following day was for undersea exploration with Scuba School & Family Dive Center, resident dive operator at MBV. Afterward the inspired investors took the opportunity to consult with MBV’s resident U.S. asset protection attorney and a local San Pedro bank manager. On the final night of the Coastal Living trip the group was treated to a private sushi dinner by renowned chef Toshiya Tsujimoto of JYOTO Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar, opening next month at Mahogany Bay.
